Da ich nur mit Profis zusammenarbeite, arbeite ich nur mit Models im oberen Preissegment zusammen. Diese haben einen Tagessatz ab 1000€ pro Einsatztag (inkl. Erwerb der Nutzungsrechte)

Im Honorar enthalten sind die Basis-Bildnutzungsrechte zur Eigenwerbung mit Namensnennung und Verlinkung von Matthias Dengler auf der Website und Social Media.

Für anderweitige Nutzungen und für die Eigenwerbung Dritter müssen zusätzliche Nutzungsrechte erworben werden.

Zum Schutz meiner Kund*innen, die die gesamten Kosten und das ganze Risiko der Fotoproduktion tragen, muss jede zusätzliche Person einen Teil dieser Kosten ebenso entrichten, um sich an den Kosten zu beteiligen. Sie fänden es ja auch nicht in Ordnung, wenn Sie z.B. 5000€ für Fotos zahlen und ein anderes Unternehmen bekäme die Fotos, für die Sie zahlen, kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt.

Since I only work with professionals, I only work with models in the upper price segment. These have a daily rate starting from €1000 per day of use (including purchase of usage rights)

Already included are the basic image usage rights for self-promotion with naming and linking of Matthias Dengler on your website and social media.

Additional usage rights must be acquired for other uses and for third-party self-promotion.

To protect my clients, who bear the entire cost and risk of photo production, each additional person must also pay a portion of these costs to contribute to the costs. You wouldn't think it was okay if you paid e.g. €5,000 for photos and another company got the photos you paid for for free.
