FOTOASSISTENT (m/w)

Als Hotel- und Architekturfotograf arbeite ich für (inter-)nationale Kunden. Da diese Aufträge meist ganz- oder sogar mehrtägig sind, solltest du bereit sein, viele Stunden unterwegs und auf den Beinen zu sein. Trotz luxuriöser Hotels und Gebäude handelt es sich nicht um einen Wellness-Urlaub, es muss hart gearbeitet werden. Dennoch werden Kost, Logie und Reisekosten übernommen, sodass du kostenfrei spannende Hotels und Gebäude visuell und kulinarisch erleben kannst. Dabei solltest du zurückhaltend, zugleich freundlich, höflich und wertschätzend sein, sowohl gegenüber mir als auch noch viel wichtiger gegenüber dem Kunden, mit dem ich oft direkt zusammen arbeite. Ich muss mich absolut auf dich verlassen können!

Wünsche & Anforderungen:

- Freie Zeiteinteilung

- Affinität für Interieur- und Architekturfotografie

- Höflichkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und gepflegtes Auftreten - Hohe Motivation

- Für internationale Aufträge: Sehr gutes höfliches Englisch (C1 und höher)

Aufgaben:

- Halten kleiner Lichtanlagen/ Abschirmen von Reflektionen / Lichter an- und ausschalten

- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit dem Kunden und dessen Mitarbeitern

- Gemeinsames Zurechtrücken von Vorhängen, Möbeln, Pflanzen, Dekoration (Home-Staging)

- Auslösen und Anpassen der Zweitkamera

Vorgehensweise & Bezahlung:

Zunächst werde ich mich mit dem Bewerber oder der Bewerberin treffen und ggf. ein lokales Projekt gemeinsam fotografieren - ohne Bezahlung. Im Gegenzug biete ich die Möglichkeit, am Set und bei meiner anspruchsvollen Nachbearbeitung dabei zu sein, um so kostenlos aus erster Hand zu lernen und den Alltag eines professionellen Fotografen mitzuerleben. Sollte dieses Projekt gut verlaufen, biete ich im Gegenzug eine Zusammenarbeit auf Freelance-Basis bei künftigen bezahlten Projekten an.

PHTO ASSISTANT (m/f)

As a hotel and architecture photographer, I work for (inter) national clients. Since these assignments usually last for a whole day or even several days, you should be ready to be on the go and on your feet for many hours. Despite the luxurious hotels and buildings, it is not a wellness vacation; we have to work hard. Nevertheless, accommodation and travel costs are covered so that you can experience exciting hotels and buildings visually as well as culinary, free of charge. You should be cautious, diligent, friendly, polite and appreciative at the same time, both towards me and, even more importantly, towards the customer, with whom I often work directly. I have to be able to absolutely rely on you!

Wishes & requirements:

- Open time-management

- Affinity for interior and architectural photography

- Politeness, reliability and well-groomed demeanor - High motivation

- For international assignments: Very good polite English (C1 and higher)

Tasks:

- Holding small lighting systems / shielding reflections / switching lights on and off

- Very good communication skills with the customer and his employees

- Adjustment of curtains, furniture, plants, decoration (home staging)

- Handling a second camera

Procedure & payment:

First of all, I will meet with the applicant and, if necessary, photograph a local project together - without payment. In return, I offer the opportunity to be on the set and during my demanding post-production so that you can learn firsthand for free and experience the everyday life of a professional photographer. If this project goes well, I'll offer you a freelance collaboration on future paid projects in return.
